1. Cancellation by Customer
More than 30 days before departure:
Full refund (minus any non-refundable supplier fees).15–30 days before departure:
50% refund of the total package amount.7–14 days before departure:
25% refund.Less than 7 days before departure:
No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once booked:
Flight tickets
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms
Activities or tickets purchased from third-party suppliers
3. Cancellation by StretiWayaari
If the trip is canceled by us due to operational or safety reasons:
Customers will receive a 100% refund,
or may choose to reschedule the trip at no extra charge.
4. No-Show Policy
If the traveler does not appear on the day of departure or at any scheduled activity:
The booking is considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and refunded to the original payment method.
